How I think
I start from the workflow and the metric — not the model. If a process doesn't burn hours, create risk, or block revenue, I won't recommend AI. Production reliability, evals, and ownership matter more than demos.
How I solve
Map the business problem → design the thinnest architecture that works → ship a pilot with measurable outcomes → harden for production (observability, validation, handoff). Clients get weekly demos and clear go/no-go criteria.
